Cancellation Policy

Please ensure any cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your booked appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A no show to your appointment will also result in the forfeiture of the appointment deposit.

Unfortunately if you are late for your appointment the treatment time we have reserved for you will be reduced and the full treatment amount will still apply.

To ensure adequate time for assessment and treatment, arrivals more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time may be treated as a no-show.

Ava began her career as a pharmacist, originally sceptical of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). After supporting her parents through complex health challenges, she witnessed firsthand how integrative care could transform wellbeing — inspiring her to study Chinese Medicine at Endeavour College of Natural Health in Brisbane.
